TERMS OF SERVICE

General Info

⬥You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.
⬥I have the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfil your requests.
⬥My work is for personal or private use only, for commercial work, please send me an email at [email protected]
⬥Additional fees will apply if requested for commercial use.
⬥As the artist, I hold all the rights off the produced artwork, this includes:
- Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself
- Adding it as a part of my portfolio.
⬥You are not allowed to:
- Edit, trace or modify my art, take credit for the art.
- Make commercial merchandise of my art (personal merchandizing is allowed, such a prints, keychains, etc.)
⬥By commissioning me, you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them.
⬥Nothing made by Neyuse may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.

Process and Payment

⬥Payment will be made through the Paypal Invoice system and in Euro only.
⬥I require full payment before I start the artwork.
⬥An extra characters cots 100% of the price. Max 2 characters per illustration.
⬥There is no limit of commission slots you can request unless specified otherwhise.
⬥Once payment has been made, I do not accept refunds or chargebacks.
⬥Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying, will automatically result to a permanent blacklist.
⬥Turnaround time vary depending on the artwork's type, going from 3 to 20 days (per piece).
⬥If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date, a rush fee will be included due to giving your commission priority.
⬥I will send the sketch for you to approve, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.
⬥I will only send a preview of the sketch stage, if you desire to see intermediate WIPs for lineart or flat colors please ask beforehand.
⬥Once the piece is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.
⬥The completed piece is delivered through sta.sh link, make sure to save the picture.
